Relax.
Charisma is all about channeling your energy to other people. If you channel stress and anxiety, people will be repelled. If you channel relaxation and tranquility, people will be attracted to your calmness, and they'll want to be more like you.
Look confident. Charisma isn't the same thing as confidence, but appearing confident can make you more charismatic because your confidence will put others at ease and inspire faith in your abilities.
Improve your posture.
Nothing conveys confidence like good posture. Stand or sit up straight, but not rigidly. When you meet someone, give a firm handshake and look the other person in the eye. Display positive body language while you're talking to someone and even when you're just waiting around. Sit facing the person or people you're talking to, uncross your legs and arms, and keep your hands away from your face. Look at ease, and don't fidget or convey nervousness.
Be anyone's equal. No matter to whom you are talking, treat them as an equal. If you're talking to a potential employer, a group of wealthy donors, a child, a stranger, or an attractive guy or girl, for example, don't put them on a pedestal or talk down to them. Be respectful of other people, of course, but respect them as equals, and expect that they will accept you as such.
Get in touch with your emotions. Research has shown that people who are generally believed to be charismatic feel emotions strongly, and they are also able to relate to what others are feeling. Ironically, in many societies, the suppression of emotion is considered desirable. Don't be afraid to feel anger, pain, sadness, or elation, and don't be afraid to communicate your emotions. Also be aware that there is a difference in suppressing your emotions and controlling how you express your emotions. It is this control which is truly desirable.
Always be genuine - fake emotion rarely appeals to anyone.
Match your body language to your speech.
Perhaps the defining characteristic of charismatic people is the ability to use body language effectively when communicating. Gesturing is important, but good gestures aren't arbitrary.
Watch how other people gesture. Notice how some speakers' gestures appear fake or out of sync with their message. These people come off looking shifty or uncertain as a result. Other speakers use body language exceptionally well. These are generally the more effective communicators and appear more trustworthy and competent. These people are often successful actors, religious leaders, and pundits. Look for good and bad examples of the use of body language. Pay attention, and learn.
Think about your own gestures. When you speak, does your body language back you up, or do you look nervous, uncaring, or bored? If you're passionate about something, do your gestures communicate this, or do you play it cool?
Practice in a mirror. Watch yourself in the mirror and give a speech or even pretend to hold a conversation. What are your eyes doing? How about your hands? Do you look like the shifty politician or the charismatic one? Could someone know what emotion you're trying to convey even if they couldn't hear you? Practice regularly, and make note of what you need to improve.
Think before you speak. Reduce the fluff and filler material in your daily communications. Try to make every word count, and think about how you're going to phrase something before you open your mouth. If you don't have something important to say, remain silent. With continuous effort, the right words will come to you more easily. It may seem surprising but limiting the amount you talk will make what you have to say more interesting.
Speak with conviction.
Like gesturing, the way you say something can be just as important as what you say. Say something important and say it with conviction. Speak at a relaxed pace and speak clearly. From this baseline, vary your tone, rhythm, volume, and pitch to emphasize your most important words and to keep your speech interesting. Record yourself speaking, and ensure that your phrasing complements your message.
Treat people as they want to be treated. Make each person you meet feel as though he or she is truly important, regardless of your first impression or that person's reputation. If you make people feel good about themselves, they'll be drawn to you and hold a higher opinion of you.
Listen actively when others speak.
Give someone your full attention when he or she is speaking to you. Make good eye contact, and nod in agreement or make brief interjections, such as "I see," or "Okay," to assure the person that you are listening and you're interested in what he or she has to say. A brief touch on the upper arm can emphasize your agreement or empathy with something someone says, and it can make the person feel connected to you.
Make people feel special. Learn and remember people's names, and address people by their names. Smile genuinely when you greet someone. Compliment people freely, but genuinely, and accept compliments graciously and without any fuss.
Tips
Developing charisma is an art. The general guidelines above can help you be more charismatic, but your charisma must come from within you and must reflect you as an individual or it will appear fake. Fortunately, everyone has the ability to be charismatic, and it simply needs to be coaxed out. Practice and take note of what works and what needs improvement.
Don't mimic others. People with well-developed charisma have a remarkable ability not only to sway people's opinions but also to cause others to emulate their personalities and even gestures. At the same time, however, research has shown that charismatic people do not emulate other charismatic people. Their individuality sets them apart.
Have a message. Don't be afraid to be controversial, to push the envelope. If you believe in something or feel strongly about it, communicate that in a respectful way. Your charisma will help people be accepting of your ideas.
Take an acting class. Actors and charismatic people use the same techniques to captivate their audience and evoke emotion.
Join a Toastmasters Club to develop communication and leadership skills with others who have similar interests.
Put it all out there. People tend to hide thoughts and feelings from each other without any bad intentions, but everyone warms up to someone who is totally honest without being awkward or weird about it. Some things would be weird, but wording them right can be a bit charming. Of course, there are a few exceptions; don't say anything that will make people feel uncomfortable or want to leave and back away from you.
Being charismatic isn't the same as pleasing people. Charismatic people don't care about what others think. They are just totally charming and charismatic on their own.
Another path to developing charisma that is truly effective is to meditate and to lighten up. Dropping seriousness and self-concern makes one more charismatic.

Avoid Negative Body Language

70% of the information you provide others about the connection you have with them comes from your body language!!
Some body language provides positive information and some provides negative information.
Positive body language says things like
"I am really interested in what you are saying."
Negative body language says things like,
"I don't believe anything you are saying - and I am bored besides!"
Although body language originates in the old brain limbic system and is done unconsciously, with training you can learn to minimize negative body language. Here are some negative body language cues to watch for and avoid.- Avoid lack of eye contact. Force yourself to look others in the eye when greeting, talking, and especially when listening. It takes some skill, so learn from others who do it well.
- Avoid mumbling. That is an unconscious need to avoid being heard. Do speak up loudly and with confidence in what you have to say.
- Avoid poor pronunciation. Speak a bit slower and get it right. You will attract more people you like being around.
- Avoid extraneous body movements that do not positively support what you are saying. Finger drumming, scratching, twitching, and darting eyes around room all discredit what you are saying and your image as a person good to know.
- Avoid poor posture. Do stand tall and proud to be you and believe in what you are saying. Losers look like losers a block away. Look like a winner!
- Avoid hiding your hands and palms. Evasive people with secrets don't show their hands. (Women show their soft wrist underside to flirt.)
- Avoid closed body postures, like arms folded across chest. Do keep your posture open, except your legs. Crossed at the knee or ankle is O.K. (Depends a lot on the culture. For example, in Thailand don't cross your legs and point your toes at anyone!)
- Avoid touching face when speaking. Rubbing nose, eyes, ears, head, or neck shows doubt in what you are saying or hearing.
- Avoid an unblinking stare and the same facial expression. Blink normally and nod your head to show agreement, and that you are still alive and not bored to death. If you are bored, don't suffer.
Jamie Foxx Body Language in The Kingdom

Watching the acting of Jamie Foxx in "the kindgom" he plays the tough guy fantastically using excellent body langauage. Some of the key movements i noticed included:- Lying down with his hands behind his head.
- Turning and moving especially with his neck movements - lot of turning neck movements through the whole movie!
- Hand gestures with alpha males are not often used - where i always thought gestures made you appear confident when they are made rapidly they display nervous energy. This would be similar to when you are public speaking and moving a lot. Again nervous energy is displayed.
- The chin/jaw angle is usually up.
- Walk is straight posture however not excessively chest out or pelvis out - slow and steady.
- Very relaxed postures
- Reverse of chair and straddling it when listening to someone

Job and Dating Success

Beta male try to dominate but the alpha male knows they are the best. Never be bossy around people. Instead, try to be confident and be relaxed.
If you are dating, try to keep the conversation flowing with the topic that you like to talk about. You have to remember that the alpha male will never follow a person's agenda. If you get bored, then talk about the things that interest you.
Another factor that you need to avoid is by proving that you are better than others. This is a common beta male trait and they often start a fight whether verbal or physical just to prove to women that they are better than others. Alpha males know that they are smarter and better than others and they don't need to prove it. They feel secure enough that they don't have to try and please other people instantly.
As you can see, being the alpha male doesn't mean that you need to impress someone and prove yourself. Instead, being the alpha male means that you should be confident and secure enough that you will never have to prove that you are better than anyone else. You know that you are better and you should never be bossy.

Key Alpha Male Body Language Tips

Just think how would you act, what would your body language look like if you thought like that about yourself. If you have your life under control and have a purpose in your life would you fidget? Would you move fast and have fast actions? Would you have slumped shoulders? Poor eye contact? Feet close together? I sure hope not.
You see your body language is just a way of expressing your core beliefs – in a way similar to voice tone. This is why you don’t speak fast, in high-pitched shrieks. Ok my personal body language rules.

- NEVER stand with your legs close together, make sure that they are at least 0.5 m/ 2 feet apart.
- Balance your weight on both legs.
- Raise your chest. - Imagine that you have a string attached to your solar plexus pulling you directly up. This will naturally pull your shoulders and head back, flatten your stomach, increase your height and prevent your hands from hanging in front of you (like in our common, less evolved relative).
- When you move, move with purpose. I.e. you must know where you are going before you are moving.
- Walk from your hips, do not lean forward or back.
- Try writing out what you will do each and every day in order. That will give you a sense of purpose and you will get your time managed (check out Master Your Time, by Brian Tracy for more on time management).
- Same goes for gesticulation, don’t make more movements then you need. When you are moving your arms though, imagine that there is a large ball about 60cm (2 feet) in diameter resting on your stomach, with the highest point about 40cm (1,3 feet) away from your nose. (Note the size of the ball will depend on the length of your arms)
- When you gesticulate make gestures that go along the surface of that ball.
- Do not expose your palms i.e. don’t slide further that half way down the ball (below chest level). This naturally suggests that you should not have pointy fingers; they should always be slightly curved in, towards the centre of the imaginary ball. The fingers should be slightly apart so that you could feel a light stretch between your thumb and your little finger when you are gesticulating.
- When you are pointing extend your arm completely and point with one finger or your whole hand.
- Do not move your wrist move your whole arm. Your wrists should be straight almost all the time.
- Slow down ALL your movements from head turning, to blinking to moving.
- Don’t take large steps, they can even be slightly smaller than normal, but make sure that they are powerful and precise.
- NEVER look down AT ALL unless you SERIOUSLY believe that you will trip over something.
- Always look people at eye level ie when you are going up the steps your head should be tilted up to look at the person coming down the stairs in the eye.
- When you are on the street you should look straight ahead. Keep long eye contact. Don’t look away until they do first. The underlook – don’t face the person directly, tilt your head slightly down and look at them directly in the eye from this slightly tilted down head position.
- Push your eyebrows together and narrow your eyes slightly. (I personally don’t often do the latter often now, but it is quite effective).
- Don’t cross your arms or your legs unless you’re freezing your balls off. Keep your arms relaxed and at your sides or if you want you can put one of your thumbs in the topside/back pocket of your jeans/pants.
- When you are sitting take up as much space as is possibly comfortable. I keep my legs apart, however not so much that it feels uncomfortable or strains my muscles.
- Keep your feet parallel. Try putting one of feet slightly forward one back. It’s good if you can put one of your feet on something so it’s located higher than the other (say by about 30cm / a foot) as that shows ownership of whatever you have your foot on. Again make sure that it is something neutral (ie not your or your friends bag but say one of the legs of a swivel chair or a rock) and it should generally be directly under your foot.
- Keep one of your arms on your thigh, close to your crotch but NOT directly on it. If possible have your other arm further away.
- Lean back, shoulders back – remember the chord pulling up from your plexus. Address one issue at a time, so when for example someone calls out your name you finish what you are doing and THEN turn to address them. Remember to turn your head slowly not snap. Remember ALWAYS act COMFORTABLE so that you place no strain on any of your muscles, (this is what comfortable with yourself is). If you feel your muscles becoming sore then you are doing something wrong - move your body until you feel comfortable.
- When you are in a group always be at the front, slightly ahead of everyone. This combined with the rest of your body language shows that you are leading. When someone gets into your personal space tell them to move out. This intrusion can be both with things/belongings or parts of the body.
- I would personally move the stuff back to the centre. Just note though I don’t like to intrude on others space too much because that creates discomfort, and the person may get defensive, instead I just have and keep a large personal space zone, so if I do intrude is seems normal.
- Always walk, sit, and lie in the centre of things. For example when you are walking down a large open footpath walk right in the centre. Sit in the middle of a bench etc. This extends your personal space zone.
- Body orientation – remember whomever your feet and lower body is orientated to, you approve of. This is why when you first start talking to women don’t face them completely. You can turn your upper body but do not reorientate your lower body until she earns it. This works the same with guys mind you.

Job and Dating sucess

What do Sean Connery, Brad Pitt, Bruce Willis, and George Clooney all have in common?
Well these guys all demonstrate the signs of the prototypical Alpha Male. Without saying a word, they're able to show confidence and sexuality simply through their body language. This helps them instantly attract women. Now I know what's probably running through your head...You might think that women are attracted to these guys because of their fame, looks or money. But you're wrong. I would bet if you took away all of these things, women would STILL be attracted to these actors. Why's that?Well it's simple- these guys know how to show alpha male traits around women.
Surprisingly enough, you can learn how to do the same!If you keep on reading, I'll reveal the secrets of how to become an alpha male with your body language. If you incorporate these 6 tips, you'll be able to transform yourself into a seductive guy who can easily attract women.
1- Get rid of 'Beta Male' traits. Before you can become an alpha male, you must ditch all the body language traits which show weakness and inferior status. For instance, you should stop doing these things:
* Putting your hands in your pockets
* Fidgeting with your hands or fingers
* Slumping your shoulders down
* Folding your arms
* Looking uncomfortable
*Being afraid to take up space
If you can detect these mistakes and work hard to correct them, you'll instantly start to show more alpha male traits.
2- Be confident. There is ONE thing about being an alpha male you should always remember...Women love confidence! If you display confidence with your body language, you'll easily impress women.
In order to show this alpha male behavior, you need to be calm and poised at all times. Now if you have a problem with your confidence, I recommend you make an effort to fix it. So look within and find out what's causing these unconfident feelings. Then work hard at fixing them.
3- Don't worry be happy. A lot of "Beta Male" characteristics stem from nervousness and tension.
If you want to act like an alpha male, you must learn to never worry about the outcome with a female.Just remember that the dating game is not a life and death situation. So relax and enjoy your interactions with women. Please understand that the body displays what the mind is thinking. By worrying and being nervous, you'll display inferior body language. Once you remove your anxiety you'll display a more alpha male personality.
4- Be relaxed.
The alpha male ALWAYS shows a relaxed pose in every situation. So if you want to display alpha male behavior, you need to learn how to chill around women. Here are a few ways to do this:
* Your eyes concentrated on the person in the conversation
* You never let your eyes dart around the room
* You know how to lean back and look comfortable
* You breath through your stomach instead of your chest By showing a relaxed pose, you'll easily make women more comfortable around you.
5- You move deliberately.
The beta male is always jumpy and ready to please people. Honestly, one of the core traits of a beta male is somebody who is instantly ready to do favors for people. If somebody needs help, the beta male will instantly come running. Instead of showing this personality, you need to move slowly and at your own pace.
By taking deliberate actions with every step, you'll force people to pay attention to your schedule not theirs. If you want to attract more women, you must learn how to become an alpha male. By learning how to demonstrate this quality, you'll create a "movie star" quality about yourself. Then women will be pulled towards your magnetic personality.

Body Language tips for jobs and dating

How to Display the Body Language of an Alpha Male
Watch Brad Pitt, George Clooney, or any other man who has high status and you'll observe that they move differently than the rest of us. These guys have an aura about them that they are high value and a prize for any lucky girl, and because of that, women drool over them.
You too can develop that aura, through displaying the exact same body language they do: the body language of an alpha male.
Have you ever noticed the way your body looks when you're having the type of day in which nothing goes your way?
You look down at the ground, tense your face, and fold your arms, which are all non-dominant beta male behaviors. But other times, when everything's going your way and you feel on top of the world, you have superb body language.
1) Relax. Let go.

This is the most important emotional state you can be in.
a) Don't allow yourself to feel the emotion called "worry."
a) Don't allow yourself to feel the emotion called "worry."
What is worry? It is feeling bad about what might happen in the future. However, no matter how much you worry, you can't predict what's going to happen in the future. So why worry? It does you no good. Just let your worries go, since you can't solve any problem by worrying.
b) Breathe through your diaphragm rather than your chest.
b) Breathe through your diaphragm rather than your chest.
(When you breathe, imagine that you're bringing air down to your belly. Feel your abdomen expand and contract as you breathe.)
c) Avoid nonverbal behaviors that are the opposite of relaxation -- e.g., knitting your brows, tensing your facial muscles, raising your shoulders, and fidgeting.
d) Relax all your muscles and slow down all of your movements.

Imagine you're walking through a swimming pool when you're moving.
Alpha males, except on the rare occasions that there's a pressing emergency, move unhurriedly, as if they are in control of time. Beta males are nervous and make rapid, jerky movements. This is solved through the swimming pool visualization, since it will make your movements slow and fluid.

Beta males hold their eyelids open because they are so nervous. Their eyes flitter and dart all around. Instead look straight ahead of you. Only give someone your attention if they interest you. While you're out and about, do the affirmation to yourself, “I am sexual, I am relaxed, and I am in control.”
f) If someone wants your attention, move your head slowly.

2) Feel masculine and powerful.
Visualize that you are a masculine man. Do things in your life that make you feel macho, such lifting weights and working out with a punching bag. Along with exercising, take care of your health by eating right and avoiding all junk food.
3) Realize that you are a man of high value.
3) Realize that you are a man of high value.
Focus on your qualities and ignore your deficiencies. Be as arrogant as you want in order to develop massive confidence. Think thoughts such as, “I am the greatest” and "People are lucky to have me in their lives." Treat people as if they are already in awe of you before they have even met you.
4) Feel comfortable in your own skin.

An alpha male is happy with or without any particular woman, since he views women as sources of fun in his life -- no more and no less. Take the mindset that of course women want you, but it's no big deal either way.
5) Spread out your body.

Take up space with your arms, legs, and chest. Keep your neck straight with your back so that your head is held high. (Something that helped me get used to keeping my neck straight was removing the pillow from my bed. After all, it's a major challenge to have optimal posture when your neck is bent for 8 hours every night.)
7 steps to overcome ego

Seven Steps for Overcoming Ego’s Hold on You
Here are seven suggestions to help you transcend ingrained ideas of self-importance. All of these are designed to help prevent you from falsely identifying with the self-important ego.
1. Stop being offended.
The behavior of others isn’t a reason to be immobilized. That which offends you only weakens you. If you’re looking for occasions to be offended, you’ll find them at every turn. This is your ego at work convincing you that the world shouldn't be the way it is. But you can become an appreciator of life and match up with the universal Spirit of Creation. You can’t reach the power of intention by being offended. By all means, act to eradicate the horrors of the world, which emanate from massive ego identification, but stay in peace. As A Course in Miracles reminds us: Peace is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being is of God, you who are part of God are not at home except in his peace. Being offended creates the same destructive energy that offended you in the first place and leads to attack, counterattack, and war.
2. Let go of your need to win.
Ego loves to divide us up into winners and losers. The pursuit of winning is a surefire means to avoid conscious contact with intention. Why? Because ultimately, winning is impossible all of the time. Someone out there will be faster, luckier, younger, stronger, and smarter-and back you’ll go to feeling worthless and insignificant. You’re not your winnings or your victories. You may enjoy competing, and have fun in a world where winning is everything, but you don’t have to be there in your thoughts. There are no losers in a world where we all share the same energy source. All you can say on a given day is that you performed at a certain level in comparison to the levels of others on that day. But today is another day, with other competitors and new circumstances to consider. You’re still the infinite presence in a body that’s another day (or decade) older. Let go of needing to win by not agreeing that the opposite of winning is losing. That’s ego’s fear. If your body isn’t performing in a winning fashion on this day, it simply doesn’t matter when you aren’t identifying exclusively with your ego. Be the observer, noticing and enjoying it all without needing to win a trophy. Be at peace, and match up with the energy of intention. And ironically, although you’ll hardly notice it, more of those victories will show up in your life as you pursue them less.
3. Let go of your need to be right.
Ego is the source of a lot of conflict and dissension because it pushes you in the direction of making other people wrong. When you’re hostile, you’ve disconnected from the power of intention. The creative Spirit is kind, loving, and receptive; and free of anger, resentment, or bitterness. Letting go of your need to be right in your discussions and relationships is like saying to ego, I’m not a slave to you. I want to embrace kindness, and I reject your need to be right. In fact, I’m going to offer this person a chance to feel better by saying that she’s right, and thank her for pointing me in the direction of truth. When you let go of the need to be right, you’re able to strengthen your connection to the power of intention. But keep in mind that ego is a determined combatant. I’ve seen people end otherwise beautiful relationships by sticking to their need to be right. I urge you to let go of this ego-driven need to be right by stopping yourself in the middle of an argument and asking yourself, Do I want to be right or be happy? When you choose the happy, loving, spiritual mood, your connection to intention is strengthened. These moments ultimately expand your new connection to the power of intention. The universal Source will begin to collaborate with you in creating the life you were intended to live.
4. Let go of your need to be superior.
True nobility isn’t about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be. Stay focused on your growth, with a constant awareness that no one on this planet is any better than anyone else. We all emanate from the same creative life force. We all have a mission to realize our intended essence; all that we need to fulfill our destiny is available to us. None of this is possible when you see yourself as superior to others. It’s an old saw, but nonetheless true: we are all equal in the eyes of God. Let go of your need to feel superior by seeing the unfolding of God in everyone. Don’t assess others on the basis of their appearance, achievements, possessions, and other indices of ego. When you project feelings of superiority that’s what you get back, leading to resentments and ultimately hostile feelings. These feelings become the vehicle that takes you farther away from intention. A Course in Miracles addresses this need to be special and superior: Special ness always makes comparisons. It is established by a lack seen in another, and maintained by searching for, and keeping clear in sight, all lacks it can perceive.
5. Let go of your need to have more.
The mantra of ego is more. It’s never satisfied. No matter how much you achieve or acquire, your ego will insist that it isn’t enough. You’ll find yourself in a perpetual state of striving, and eliminate the possibility of ever arriving. Yet in reality you’ve already arrived, and how you choose to use this present moment of your life is your choice. Ironically, when you stop needing more, more of what you desire seems to arrive in your life. Since you’re detached from the need for it, you find it easier to pass it along to others, because you realize how little you need in order to be satisfied and at peace. The universal Source is content with itself, constantly expanding and creating new life, never trying to hold on to its creations for its own selfish means. It creates and lets go. As you let go of ego’s need to have more, you unify with that Source. You create, attract to yourself, and let it go, never demanding that more come your way. As an appreciator of all that shows up, you learn the powerful lesson St.Francis of Assisi taught:”…it is in giving that we receive.” By allowing abundance to flow to and through you, you match up with your Source and guarantee that this energy will continue to flow.
6. Let go of identifying yourself on the basis of your achievements.
This may be a difficult concept if you think you are your achievements. God writes all the music, God sings all the songs, God builds all the buildings, God is the source of all your achievements. I can hear your ego loudly protesting. Nevertheless, stay tuned to this idea. All emanates from Source! You and that Source are one! You’re not this body and its accomplishments. You are the observer. Notice it all; and be grateful for the abilities you’ve accumulated. But give all the credit to the power of intention, which brought you into existence and which you’re a materialized part of. The less you need to take credit for your achievements and the more connected you stay to the seven faces of intention, the more you’re free to achieve, and the more will show up for you. It’s when you attach yourself to those achievements and believe that you alone are doing all of those things that you leave the peace and the gratitude of your Source.
7. Let go of your reputation.
Your reputation is not located in you. It resides in the minds of others. Therefore, you have no control over it at all. If you speak to 30 people, you will have 30 reputations. Connecting to intention means listening to your heart and conducting yourself based on what your inner voice tells you is your purpose here. If you’re overly concerned with how you’re going to be perceived by everyone, then you’ve disconnected yourself from intention and allowed the opinions of others to guide you. This is your ego at work. It’s an illusion that stands between you and the power of intention. There’s nothing you can’t do, unless you disconnect from the power source and become convinced that your purpose is to prove to others how masterful and superior you are and spend your energy attempting to win a giant reputation among other egos. Do what you do because your inner voice always connected to and grateful to your Source-so directs you. Stay on purpose, detach from outcome, and take responsibility for what does reside in you: your character. Leave your reputation for others to debate; it has nothing to do with you. Or as a book title says: What You Think of Me Is None of My Business!

7 Spiritual Laws of success
1) The Law of Pure Potentiality
This law is based on the fact that we are, in our essential state, pure consciousness. Pure consciousness is pure potentiality; it is the field of all possibilities and infinite creativity. When you discover your essential nature and know who you really are, in that knowing itself is the ability to fulfill any dream you have, because you are the eternal possibility, the immeasurable potential of all that was, is and will be. This law could also be called the Law of Unity, because underlying the infinite diversity of life is the unity of one all-pervasive spirit. There is no separation between you and this field of energy. One way to access the field is through the daily practice of silence, meditation and non-judgment. Spending time in nature will also give you access to the qualities inherent in the field: infinite creativity, freedom and bliss.
2) The Law of Giving
This law could also be called the Law of Giving and Receiving, because the universe operates through dynamic exchange. The flow of life is nothing other than the harmonious interaction of all the elements and forces that structure the field of existence. Because your body and your mind and the universe are in constant and dynamic change, stopping the circulation of energy is like stopping the flow of blood. Whenever blood stops flowing, it begins to clot, to stagnate. That is why you must give and receive in order to keep wealth and affluence--or anything you want--circulating in your life. If our only intention is to hold on to our money and hoard it--since it's life energy, we will stop its circulation back into our lives as well. In order to keep that energy coming to us, we have to keep the energy circulating. Thus, the more you give, the more you will receive. The best way to put The Law of Giving into operation is to make a decision that any time you come into contact with anyone, you will give them something. It doesn't have to be in the form of material things; it could be a flower, a compliment or a prayer. In fact, the most powerful forms of giving are non-material. The gifts of caring, attention, affection, appreciation and love are some of the most precious gifts you can give, and they don't cost you anything.
3) The Law of Karma (or Cause and Effect)
"Karma" is both action and the consequence of that action; it is cause and effect simultaneously, because every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in kind. There is nothing unfamiliar about the Law of Karma. Everyone had heard the expression, "What you sow is what you reap." Obviously, if we want to create happiness in our lives, we must learn to sow the seeds of happiness. Therefore, karma implies the action of conscious choice-making. Whether you like it or not, everything that is happening at this moment is a result of the choices you've made in the past. Unfortunately, a lot of us make choices unconsciously, and therefore we don't think they are choices--and yet, they are. If you step back for a moment and witness the choices you are making as you make those choices, then in just this act of witnessing, you take the whole process from the unconscious realm into the conscious realm. This procedure of conscious choice-making and witnessing is very empowering. You can use the Law of Karma to create money and affluence, and the flow of all good things to you, any time you want. But first, you must become consciously aware that your future is generated by the choices you are making in every moment of your life. If you do this on a regular basis, then you are making full use of this law. The more you bring your choices into the level of your conscious awareness, the more you will make those choices which are spontaneously correct--both for you and those around you.
4) The Law of Least Effort
This law is based on the fact that nature's intelligence functions with effortless ease and abandoned carefreeness. This is the principle of least action, of no resistance. This is, therefore, the principle of harmony and love. When we learn this lesson from nature, we easily fulfill our desires. In Vedic Science, the age-old philosophy of India, this principle is known as the principle of economy of effort, or "do less and accomplish more." Ultimately, you come to the state where you do nothing and accomplish everything. This means that there is just a faint idea, and then the manifestation of the idea comes about effortlessly. What is commonly called a "miracle" is actually an expression of the Law of Least Effort. Least effort is expended when your actions are motivated by love, because nature is held together by the energy of love. When you seek power and control over other people, you waste energy. When you seek money or power for the sake of the ego, you spend energy chasing the illusion of happiness instead of enjoying happiness in the moment. When your actions are motivated by love, your energy multiplies and accumulates--and the surplus energy you gather and enjoy can be channeled to create anything that you want, including unlimited wealth. There are three components to the Law of Least Effort--three things you can do to put this principle of "do less and accomplish more" into action. The first component is acceptance. Acceptance simply means that you make a commitment: "Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances and events as they occur." This means I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. The second component is responsibility. This means not blaming anyone or anything for your situation, including yourself. This allows you the ability to have a creative response to the situation as it is now. All problems contain the seeds of opportunity, and this awareness allows you to take the moment and transform it to a better situation or thing. The third component to the Law of Least Effort is defenselessness. This means that you have relinquished the need to convince or persuade others of your point of view. If you relinquish this need you will in that relinquishment gain access to enormous amounts of energy that have been previously wasted.
5) The Law of Intention and Desire
This law is based on the fact that energy and information exist everywhere in nature. A flower, a rainbow, a tree, a human body, when broken down to their essential components are energy and information. The whole universe, in its essential nature, is the movement of energy and information. The only difference between you and a tree is the informational and energy content of your respective bodies. You can consciously change the energy and informational content of your own quantum mechanical body, and therefore influence the energy and informational content of your extended body--your environment, your world--and cause things to manifest in it. The quality of intention on the object of attention will orchestrate an infinity of space-time events to bring about the outcome intended, provided one follows the other spiritual laws of success. Intention lays the groundwork for the effortless, spontaneous, frictionless flow of pure potentiality. The only caution is that you use your intent for the benefit of mankind.
6) The Law of Detachment
This law says that in order to acquire anything in the physical universe, you have to relinquish your attachment to it. This doesn't mean you give up the intention to create your desire. You give up your attachment to the result. This is a very powerful thing to do. The moment you relinquish your attachment to the result, combining one-pointed intention with detachment at the same time, you will have that which you desire. Anything you want can be acquired through detachment, because detachment is based on the unquestioning belief in the power of your true Self. Attachment comes from poverty consciousness, because attachment is always to symbols. Detachment is synonymous with wealth consciousness, because with detachment there is freedom to create. True wealth consciousness is the ability to have anything you want, anytime you want, and with least effort. To be grounded in this experience you have to be grounded in the wisdom of uncertainty. In this uncertainty you will find the freedom to create anything you want.
7) The Law of "Dharma" or Purpose in Life
The seventh spiritual law of success is the Law of Dharma. (Dharma is a Sanskrit word that means "purpose in life.") This law says that we have taken manifestation in physical form to fulfill a purpose. You have a unique talent and a unique way of expressing it. There is something that you can do better than anyone else in the whole world--and for every unique talent and unique expression of that talent, there are also unique needs. When these needs are matched with the creative expression of your talent, that is the spark that creates affluence. Expressing your talents to fulfill needs creates unlimited wealth and abundance. There are three components to the Law of Dharma. The first says that each of us is here to discover our true Self. The second component is to express our unique talents; the expression of that talent takes you into timeless awareness. The third component is service to humanity. When you combine the ability to express your unique talent with service to humanity, then you make full use of the Law of Dharma. The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success are powerful principles that will enable you to attain self-mastery. If you put your attention on these laws and practice the steps outlined above, you will see that you can manifest anything you want--all the affluence, money and success you desire. You will also see that your life becomes more joyful and abundant in every way, for these laws are also the spiritual laws of life that make living worthwhile.
